How all Nebraskan CFB teams fared [2020, Week 0ish]

Hey all. As I normally do each year, I like to keep track of how not only the Huskers do on the gridiron but also how each of the state’s lower division college football teams do specifically against non-Nebraskan teams, as if they were one big combined team (in-state games are not counted in my running tally though they will appear/effect in the overall team record columns below).

Obviously, COVID-19 has significantly changed the sports landscape not only for UNL but especially for the smaller schools. Some will play a limited schedule this year, some will play a full but delayed season, and it appears some may not play at all. As the Huskers start play this coming week, I’m treating this Saturday as a sort of “Week 0”, though some have already played a significant portion of their schedule.

Last year, Nebraskan teams finished 37-60 (29-53) against non-Nebraskan teams and over the past 3 years they have gone a combined 120-163 (91-147); in 2020, they have gone 8-8 (8-8) so far.
