Frosted Flakes: Workout of Choice and All The Negativity.

What is with all the negativity?

Next week is the BTN Virtual 10K. Or if you are like me 5K, because a 10K just seems like a bit too much, even to walk.

I was thinking about how it would’ve been great if I would run it instead of walk, but then I remembered how much I loathe running. I wish I liked running, but I just don’t the only time I’m okay with running is when playing a sport or a game.

Walking is probably my favorite form of exercise. I also like biking, yoga, and barre. What do you prefer to do for exercise?

Also, I am sorry about the negative articles that I am sharing today. The negativity just seems to be seeping out of the woodworks right now.
