You almost didn’t get a poop section in this week’s Monday Flakes. I woke up to find that Ranchhand 3’s cat carpet bombed the rug by my desk. After cleaning that up, searching for more poop related items was not as much fun as normal.
Fortunately for you, I didn’t get any pictrues before digging out the Resolve and paper towels.
The biggest news in Nebraska this weekend however, had nothing to do my my son’s cat. People traveled from far and wide to “battle” over the name Josh with several hundred pounds of food collected for area food banks. I guess pandemic boredom can lead to fun an amazing things.

Huskers Take Road Series at Michigan State with 9-6 Win in 12 Innings
The Nebraska baseball team jumped out to a 6-0 lead on Sunday at McLane Stadium but needed 12 innings to win its seventh conference series of the year with a 9-6 victory.
Several Huskers deserve shoutouts for saving this series for Nebraska. Check out Keith’s recap to get highlights of Cam Chick’s mind-bending catch which kept the game tied in the eight inning and when center fielder Jaxon Hallmark gunned down a runner at the plate in the 11th. Had that run scored, it would have been the game (and series) winner for MSU. Max Anderson and Efry Cervantes (who had an 0-29 streak at the plate going) batted in the winning runs in the 12th.
