The Nebraska baseball season is upon us. Glad to be a part of this glorious respectable institution we call the Big Ten.

The 2009 season was possibly the last time I had fun being a Nebraska football fan. Well maybe that’s a little harsh but if we had an average offense that year they would have been national championship contenders.

Suh absolutely deserved the Heisman.

I admit I’m an easy mark when it comes “Inside The NBA.”

As I’ve written many times, I consider the program the best studio show in the history of sports television. The show has impacted multiple generations of basketball fans and players — and from this perspective, it has been as significant to the growth of the NBA as much as any member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame who has been inducted under the “Contributor” category in the modern era, perhaps short of David Stern. “Inside” debuted on Nov. 4, 1989, and the best compliment I can give it after 30-something years? It still feels current, even with the occasional flashes of get-off-my-lawn commentary.
