The Firm is back! Hoss and Hooch resume the cross examination series with Corn Nation’s Rick Cone.

Rick talks about growing up in the Sandhills and Gamedays on the farm. He also talks about his favorite players and tells an amazing story of his favorite Husker sports moment. It’s really damn incredible.

Rick is, as you are aware, our Recruiting Editor. So we talk about the recruiting trail and some of the players Rick is looking forward to see. We talk about social media and its impact on recruiting. I’m not going to spoil the conversation, but it’s a bit of a consensus that kids will be kids, and if a Tweet that says “blessed to receive an offer from ________” helps raise the profile of a student athlete to the point where they can better their circumstances, so be it.
