First Time as an Adult Attendee, Recommendations and Seating Help

Hello,

Long time Cornhusker fan here. I have been to multiple Nebraska games 10 years ago with my parents, but will be attending the Iowa game with my wife for the first time in years. She has never been to a game.

I bought some seats on SeatGeek, section 308. Any inputs on the seats? I can’t seem to find the seat/section on anything other than SeatGeek so I’m a little worried I got scammed.

Due to hotel costs for the week due to Thanksgiving, we will probably just be driving up that morning and driving home after the game (Southern Kansas). Any places to visit while we are in town?
