Corn Flakes: Homemade Pizza and Husker Road Race

This summer has been flying by. It always seems to, but I feel like this year is going faster than ever. I still have my list of things I wanted to do and haven’t gotten most of those done. So, last night I decided to one of them.

Make homemade pizza. Now we do this from time to time, but we buy the crust or the crust packet and the sauce. I wanted to make both of those from scratch. It turned out that it wasn’t all that difficult and it resulted in a really good pizza. My oldest said it was an 8, but the sauce was “just a little off”. He still ate 3 pieces, so I’ll take it.
