Corn Flakes: Creepy Crawlies of Spring, Volleyball Spring Match, and Marathon Ball Control

I love spring. I like to be outside and enjoy the nice weather, but there are a few things about spring that I am not a fan of. Those things happen to be the creepy crawling things.

I’d say the worst of these is ticks. They are so bad this year and it makes me paranoid just thinking about it. I had one crawl off my dog and on to my comforter last week while I was in bed. I immediately woke my husband up and made him take care of it. I guess I knew dogs got ticks, but that was not what I signed up for, last year he did not have a single tick on him.

Karma got back at me later in the week though as a student pulled one out of his hair at my back table, while we were doing reading group. I had to take care of that one on my own.

Side note: Today is Teacher Appreciation Day, if you get a chance thank a teacher!

Anyway, what’s your least favorite thing about spring?
