So, we are still waiting on the Big Ten baseball schedule. It has been floated that we should know soon. It has also been eluded to that it will be similar to the Big Ten softball schedule. Also, that there will probably not be a Big Ten Tournament.
Again, we don’t know yet.
What we do know is that it will be a conference only season. Making it really really really really tough to make the NCAA regionals unless you win the conference.
The other power conferences are not being as stringent as the Big Ten in regards to baseball. Thus bringing up the argument of, does the Big Ten even care about baseball?
Grand scheme of things, I believe they do but to a much lesser scale than many other conferences.
