Four Nebraska teams are in action Sunday, Nov. 8. Here is the day in order. All times Central.

7 a.m.: No. 5 rifle at No. 9 Georgia Southern

Nebraska (3-4) is in Statesboro, Ga., after a weekend split that included an upset of then-No. 3 Alaska-Fairbanks. Georgia Southern is 6-3. The programs have split their last two meetings dating to the 2022-23 season. The WVU Fall Classic on Nov. 14-15 closes the semester.

8:25 a.m.: No. 5 bowling, Bulldog Classic bracket round

Nebraska sits fourth at 6-4 in San Antonio. Sunday is three best four-of-seven Baker matches, and the Huskers can win the event if they win out.

3 p.m.: No. 3 wrestling vs. No. 20 Wyoming

The season opener and Military Appreciation dual is at the Bob Devaney Sports Center, streaming on Big Ten Plus. The first 200 students get a free T-shirt and fans get a camouflage pennant while supplies last. It is the 55th meeting, and Nebraska leads the series 40-14.

Matches to watch, per Nebraska’s notes: Meyer Shapiro’s Husker debut at 165 against Manuel Rojas, No. 5 Camden McDanel against No. 4 Joey Novak at 197, the only projected top-five matchup, and No. 14 Cade Ziola’s first Nebraska start at heavyweight against No. 3 Christian Carroll or Winston McBride. Nebraska goes to No. 2 Oklahoma State on Friday, Nov. 13.

5:30 p.m.: No. 1 volleyball at No. 18 Washington, FS1

Nebraska (24-0, 13-0 Big Ten) comes to Seattle off Saturday’s sweep of No. 12 Oregon. Washington is 18-4 and 9-4 in the league, per the Big Ten standings, and swept Northwestern on Friday for its third straight win. The match is a sellout.
