This Privacy Policy explains how HuskersToday.com (“HuskersToday”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the site. HuskersToday is published by Aksarben Media, Inc. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Log and device data. Like most sites, our servers and hosting stack may record IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. This helps us keep the site up, debug errors, and understand aggregate traffic patterns.
Cookies and similar tech. We may use cookies, local storage, or similar tools for basic site function (for example, remembering preferences) and for measuring how the site is used.
Information you send us. If you use a contact form or email us, we receive whatever you include (name, email, message content).

HuskersToday is a general-audience sports site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws can differ from those in your country.
