Rotation One

The Huskers’ bars team overcame adversity in the first rotation, as NU only competed five gymnasts due to the absence of freshman Kinsey Davis. Despite this, Nebraska’s gymnasts hit five straight routines. Senior Kynsee Roby set a career-high of 9.925 on the apparatus with a stellar performance, which won her the event title. Sophomores Clara Colombo and Kathryn Thaler both recorded scores of 9.775, while sophomore Kylie Piringer put up a 9.75. Freshman Chloe Lorange rounded out the rotation with a 9.675 for the Huskers.

Three other Wolverines posted scores of 9.875 as Michigan led the Huskers by a score of 49.375-48.900 heading into the second rotation.

Rotation Four

The Huskers finished the meet on floor exercise and brought home their highest overall team score of the season. Despite four strong routines, NU was forced to record a fall, which lowered their event score.
