Stanley Morgan’s breakout season isn’t surprising to his coaches, including wide receivers coach Keith Williams.

“He’s taking the steps that you would think a great player would at his age and his years of experience,” Williams said. “He should look like this.”

The sophomore wideout is leading the Huskers in receptions (23) and receiving yards (329). He had five catches against Wisconsin, including four in the fourth quarter as Nebraska rallied to tie the game. Tommy Armstrong also targeted Morgan on the final play of the game.
